Tynee Talks: Harambee Wellness, LLC

Tynee Talks: Harambee Wellness, LLC

Getting into a healthy lifestyle can be a bit of a challenge when you approach it by yourself. However, when you have the support of a community behind you, it makes it that much easier to face the challenges that come along with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I mean, there is seemingly a McDonald’s on every corner, snacks seems cheaper than veggies, and office holiday parties won’t let you be great! Harambee Wellness, LLC. asks the question: “Why do it alone, when we can do it together?”  Harambee is a Swahili word that literally means, “all pull together.”
